What Does the Library Do?

  • Unified Content View:
    See all your documents, presentations, and AI-generated images together—sorted by most recent first.
  • Powerful Search:
    Instantly find content by title or preview text. The search bar covers every file, regardless of type.
  • Smart Filters:
    Filter with one click to show only documents, presentations, or images—or view everything at once.
  • Instant Previews:
    • For documents: See the first few lines for a quick read.
    • For presentations: See number of slides and the main title.
    • For images: See a thumbnail preview, with the prompt as the title.
  • Rich Actions:
    • Documents:
      • Open directly in the rich text editor for full editing.
      • Delete with a click if you no longer need them.
    • Presentations:
      • Open in the slide viewer to review or present.
      • Delete presentations easily.
    • Images:
      • Download in one click.
      • Copy the image URL to your clipboard for easy sharing.
      • View image prompts.
  • Activity Dates:
    Every content item shows its creation date in plain language (“Today”, “3 days ago”, “2 weeks ago”, etc.), so you always know what’s recent.

How to Use the Library

  1. Open the Library:
    Access it from the sidebar or at Library.
  2. Browse Content:
    All your documents, presentations, and images are listed. Use filters at the top to narrow your view.
  3. Search:
    Type keywords in the search bar (top left) to instantly find the content you need.
  4. Preview & Actions:
    • Click a document or presentation title to open and edit/view it.
    • For images, click the menu (three dots) to download or copy the URL.
  5. Delete Unwanted Content:
    Remove old docs or slides with a single click—keep your workspace clean and relevant.
